Chromatography

This lesson will be a guide to using column chromatography, a look at the equipment as well as how to use it. This lesson will look at an experiment and give a step by step at how to properly prepare and run a column in column chromatography.

This lesson will demonstrate the use of a Thin Layer Chromatography. A TLC is a common analytical technique used in the organic lab. The use of TLC as well as the steps taken to use the TLC will be shown in this lesson.
